By urban transport:
- metro station "Kashirskaya" (the first carriage from the center), then bus 607 up to a stop "Experimental factory" (third stop);
- or metro station "Warshawskaya" (the last carriage from the center), exit through underground passage under train ways (to ticket office and shoping centre), then bus 607 up to a stop "Experimental factory" (third stop).

Service centre works without any lunch breaks: from monday till friday everyday - since 9:00 am till 8:00 pm, satturday and sunday - days off.. Factory works without any lunch breaks: from monday till friday everyday - since 9:00 am till 8:00 pm, on satturday - since 10:00 am till 4:00 pm, sunday - day off..
